What's going on with Maynard's Groovy Bible Tunes, from day to day...
I've just finished re-recording "It's a boy!", one of my Christmas songs.
"It's a boy!" had the oldest recordings, done back in 2006 on Cubase 5, and although they weren't that bad, the vocal was a bit wobbly, and I need to be able to get hold of 24-bit un-mastered versions, which I couldn't. SO... I had to re-record.
In the meantime, I decided to get rid of the "classic / groovy" distinction (there were two recordings), the new version is both classic, AND groovy (of course).
AND it's gone up a semitone, making Bb the lowest note now - easier for my tenor voice, and the kids I think! AND I've re-done the sheet music too. So a lot of work.
Have a listen - It's on the Jukebox, and in the store.
Now, why do I need 24-bit un-mastered versions of the Christmas songs? That's another story - 5 more to go!
